Have Your Teeth Professionally Cleaned on a Regular Basis
Instead of running to the drugstore to get a teeth whitening kit as soon as you notice yellow teeth, head over to your local dentist to have your teeth professionally cleaned.
Ideally, you should be doing this every six months irrespective of whether you have any teeth issues or not.
In most cases, stained teeth are a sign of plaque build-up. And while brushing and flossing regularly can prevent plaque-build, it cannot completely remove it once it’s there.
Professional cleaning would be much more effective at removing all the plaque, calculus, and food particles that get stuck between your teeth.
Undergoing the procedure every six months or so ensures that there is no long-term plaque buildup between your teeth.

Moderate caffeine consumption doesn’t cause any serious harmful effects on one’s health. In fact, it may even have some health benefits when consumed regularly.
